Donald J. Spurlock

Mr. Spurlock is Managing Director of Nautica Realty Group, LLC. For more than twenty (20) years He has been involved in a variety of commercial, residential and industrial projects throughout the United States. He as performed, or directly supervised, such activities as: market research, feasibility studies, financing, acquisition and development, planning, re-zoning matters, site plan approval, design development, construction and project management, real estate brokerage and property management.

One Boca Place Before becoming an owner and partner in various development and consulting companies, Mr. Spurlock worked as a manager for Turner Construction (the nation’s largest builder). He was responsible for all aspects of setting up the company’s “Open-Shop” Florida office in Orlando, Florida. He helped develop and implement the company’s plans and goals for the state of Florida and was in charge of all sales and business development. During his four years (4) years at Turner Mr. Spurlock was successful in bringing the company’s start-up sales volume to in excess of $50 million annually.

Eckler Corvette Mr. Spurlock has been a Florida licensed real estate broker for over 20 years. He became a licensed mortgage broker in 1980 and studied real estate at North American Real Estate Investment Institute in Boston, Ma. He has served as a director on the Space Coast Development Commission. Professional affiliations include: NAIOP (National Association of Office & Industrial Parks), ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers), Urban Land Institute and the Self Storage Association.
